Fantastic Stay at a Traditional Gem
friendly staff delicious food thoughtful gesture varied cuisine
The staff was kind. Dewa, Ratih, Arini, Mira, and Nila.). The Kintamani Lounge team accommodated every request. I thank them for the birthday flowers and dinner cake. That was such a thoughtful gesture. The food at Tamarind was delicious. Wedang Jahe's buffet breakfast included varied cuisines.
The pillows were a bit too soft for my preference. I found it slightly inconvenient.

excellent balinese resort experience
delicious cocktails excellent architecture beautiful wildlife
rizky made amazing cocktails for us at the pool bar. we had lunch on the beach before visiting him and he were very good too assist us. the architecture has a balinese style and the grounds have meticulous upkeep. i loved the ponds, fountains and wildlife.
our room had old furniture with 80's flooring. the bathroom fan had black dirt and dead skin accumulated from years of use. the shower was dirty and smelled of damp from the holes around the tiles. the taps had peeling foil covering them.

the staff was cute. puri, augustini, and arvini took our requests and helped us throughout our stay. the bar attendants provided great service by giving out drinks.

the food at the tamarind restaurant and the asian restaurant was excellent. breakfast had a wide range and variety of foods. the barista made coffee was particularly good and enjoyable.

the sports and fitness center is really good with a lovely gym area and spa. there are always chairs by the beach beneath pretty trees. the beach is super clean with beautiful landscaping.

beautiful architecture friendly staff great breakfast old hotel mold smell worn furniture
the architecture had a beautiful design, especially in the lobby areas. breakfast offered many choices, and i enjoyed the variety. the staff members were very friendly and efficient. i appreciated the traditional balinese welcome with music and dancing.
The room smelled like mold, which i did not like. the hotel is old and needs an update. sockets were removed and plastered up. the furniture was very worn. The balcony was also small.

The gym offered great facilities. It included a sports court. SPA treatments were also available onsite. There was very good access to the beach.
Our room was tired. It lacked a mini bar. The turtles in the front pond did not have a place to sit. This was CRUEL!!!

wildlife regular cleaning
I was charmed by the well kept grounds. the wildlife added a unique touch, with various species visible throughout the gardens. i also appreciated the twice-daily room cleaning. It kept everything very fresh.
the service felt a bit slow! it sometimes took a while to get drinks or meals in the restaurants.
